TLK operates its own zipper workshops, covering tape weaving, teeth forming, dyeing and final assembly on one site. This keeps each order traceable from raw material to packed carton.
生産能力
Production lines for nylon, metal, resin, waterproof and invisible zippers run alongside a dedicated sampling room, so bulk orders and pilot runs can be scheduled in parallel.

Order planning links sampling, bulk production and inspection into one schedule. Quantity, colour runs and packing details are confirmed before production starts.
